青岛胶州华润城项目位于为泰州路与泸州路交汇处，交通十分便利。胶州是“海上丝绸之路”的重要节点，自然资源丰富、文化根脉厚重、生活氛围悠然。
The Qingdao Jiaozhou Huarun City project is located at the intersection of Taizhou Road and Luzhou Road, with very convenient transportation. Jiaozhou is an important node on the "Maritime Silk Road", with rich natural resources, cultural roots and a relaxed living atmosphere.
在胶州华润城社区中间，一块块开阔的地带被打造出来。不同颜色的铺装颜色，形成了不一样的纹理。在给了业主更多的晨练空间的同时，给予了整个园区不一样的视觉趣味。

蓝天 白云 阳光
Blue sky, white clouds, sunshine
园林空间中，隔则深，畅则浅，因此在游乐园空间设计上采用减少大乔木的方式，营造开阔之感。
In the garden space, the partition is deep and the smooth is shallow, so the design of the amusement park space adopts the way to reduce the large trees to create a sense of openness.
整体色调使用天空蓝，主体设施是柠檬黄的单层树屋，就像一片天空和暖暖的太阳映衬在地面上，灰色小道就是飞机穿梭的轨道航线。
The overall tone is sky blue, and the main facility is a single-story tree house in lemon yellow, just like a piece of sky and a warm sun reflecting on the ground, and the gray path is the track route for the airplane shuttle.
我们梳理了场地与社区的关系，从场所的精神、实际的需求和生态的平衡出发，打造胶州华润城一期A区的新地标。
We sorted out the relationship between the site and the community, and created a new landmark in the first phase A of Jiaozhou CR City from the spirit of the place, the practical needs, and the ecological balance.
阳光树屋 乐趣无穷
Sunshine Tree House: Endless Fun
华润城儿童场地的代表设施，主体为旋转单层树屋，颜色亮丽活泼易勾起孩子的兴趣，就像树立在场地的小太阳温暖着孩子们。
The main body is a rotating single-story tree house, which is bright and lively in color and easy to arouse children's interest, just like a small sun set up on the site to warm the children.
树屋正面为攀爬过道，我们利用场地与小平台的高差做桩，垂挂拉绳保证安全增加趣味，拉绳上端做钢管减少摩擦，孩子们在游玩的时候，拉伸绳子还能碰撞出叮叮当当的响声有趣极了。
The front of the tree house is a climbing aisle. We use the site and the small platform height difference to do piles, hanging rope to ensure safety and increase the fun, the upper end of the rope to do steel pipe to reduce friction. The children in the play, stretching rope can also collide with the tinkling sound of fun.
围栏的孔洞隐约相互组成树枝的形状，栏杆按照安全标准做间隔，防止孩童穿梭摔倒。穿过一个旋转的坡道尽头就是一个有趣的超长滑梯。

儿童景观设施空间分为多个模块，滑梯坡、秋千、蹦床、摇摇车、健身器材等，各式各样的摇摇车和传声筒更是为孩子们在内游玩增添了不少的乐趣。

我们还贴心地使用了EPDM塑胶地垫，柔软的材质，为游玩的小朋友们形成了良好的游玩保护。跑道做飞机轨道的方向延伸环绕整个场地，潜意识给孩子们规整道路，不宜乱跑。

场地的一端做了小坡，设置短滑梯、攀岩点、攀岩绳和钻洞，一个小的组合型设施。高度和坡度都做了严格的测量，不陡峭的同时也能让孩子们有探险感。

场地中间设置的平地蹦床，不突兀，不磕绊，预留安全距离，孩子们走上去就可以活动起来。

旁边设置了一个低坡，传声筒和矮滑梯，更适合低龄儿童的游玩，为孩子们建造一个个理想营地。

每个小区里，都有小孩，也有老人。上了年纪的业主通常需要一个开阔的地方来晨练，我们在设施的旁边设置了健身器材，在陪伴自己孩子的同时也可以兼顾自身的锻炼。
In every neighborhood, there are children and the elderly. Older homeowners usually need an open place to exercise in the morning, so we set up fitness equipment next to the facilities, so that they can take care of their own exercise while accompanying their children.
我们在阳光充足的地方，规划休息区和洗手台，孩子们在这里肆意奔跑。父母记录着宝贝们的成长，卸下疲惫；老人们更喜欢晒着太阳压压腿，跟邻居聊些家长里短，孩子玩累玩脏了也可以方便清洗。
We plan resting areas and washstands in sunny places where children can run around with abandon. 单层树屋的整体设计结合了多种儿童设施的组合，圆形建筑极大提供了面积上的节省和安全问题，环形坡梯拉大坡长，不易形成陡面，尽头衔接长滑梯不浪费一丝面积，内部内含多种小游乐设施，中间网格上下，孩子游玩路径一气呵成，下方多余位置设置高低攀爬道，极大利用了建筑空间，设施多为孩子考虑实用性和可玩性，外围颜色选择上也尊重主题，选用孩子们喜欢的高饱和黄，图案也做成童趣的树枝形状。
The overall design of the single-story tree house combines a variety of children's facilities; round building greatly provides area savings and safety issues; circular slope ladder to enlarge the slope length; not easy to form a steep surface; the end of the articulated long slide does not waste a trace of area; the interior contains a variety of small play facilities; the middle grid up and down, children's play path in one go; the extra position below set high and low climbing path, greatly utilizing the building space and facilities. Most of the facilities are practical and playable for children, and the color choice of the periphery also respects the theme, choosing children's favorite high-saturated yellow, and the pattern is also made into a childish tree branch shape.
在蓝黄灰的三色儿童空间中，将孩子们带回白云之上，重塑孩童与天空的情感联系，是此次设计的核心。这符合我们希望打造“让世界儿童快乐成长”这一企业使命，同时也是我们之后的设计目标。
In the blue, yellow, and gray children's spaces, the core of the design is to bring children back to the white clouds and to recreate the emotional connection between children and the sky. This is in line with our corporate mission of "making the world's children grow happily" and our subsequent design goal.
儿童景观的表达，其实无需特别的界定，孩子们代表着不羁和童真，他们的生活往往只需要最简单朴素的环境。当草坪、阳光、花草，这些自然的元素融合在一起，就已经可以让他们欢天喜地的玩耍一整天，而我们只是在这幅画卷上增添几笔，呈现出了一个最适合他们的空间。每一处的刻画，其实都是经过自然之手的融合。
The expression of children's landscape, in fact, does not need special definition. Children represent the unrestrained and childish. Their lives often only need the most simple and simple environment. 我们的设计寄托的不仅仅只是完成了一个高人气的儿童乐园，更重要的是试图将空间、建筑、景观、美好这几个词跨领域地融合到了一起，打破了彼此的边界，达到了相互成就的最终目的。阳光草坪满足了后期营销活动的需求，口袋公园更是盘活了周边社区的邻里关系，三者相辅相成，相得益彰。
Our design focuses on more than just the completion of a highly popular children's playground, but more importantly, tries to integrate the words "space, architecture, landscape, and beauty" together across fields, breaking the boundaries of each other and achieving the ultimate goal of mutual achievement. The sunshine lawn satisfies the needs of the later marketing activities, and the pocket park even revitalizes the neighborhood of the surrounding community. The three of them complement each other.
