墨西哥坎昆中央公园综合体概念设计|建筑|景观
项目对自然采取一种整体的方法，目标是在坎昆创造一种新的混合综合项目。对客户来说，亚洲哲学是非常重要的，必须反映在建筑上，不是作为宗教人物或装饰品，而是作为一个抽象的概念，它必须反映自然界的能量流动。业主要求所有的建筑都不能有九十度角，不能是玻璃盒子，建筑必须是有机的，可持续的，尊重自然环境的。The objective of the project was to create a new kind of mix use development in Cancun with a holistic approach to nature. For the client asian philosophy is very important and must be reflected on buildings, not as religious figures or ornaments, but as an abstraction of the concept, it must reflect the flow of energy through nature. The owner requested that none of the buildings would have ninety degrees corners and couldn't be glass boxes, the architecture would have to be organic, sustainable and respectful to the natural environment.
该项目将包括三座公寓塔楼、四座别墅和一个体育场馆作为整个项目的配套设施。客户要求为户外体育活动和别墅提供一种体育场的空间，以接待来自世界各地不同学科的客人在综合体中训练和住宿，但在热带天气下，由于炎热和潮湿，户外活动必须在一天中的早期或晚期。受当地自然环境的启发，高大的丛林树木通过提供阴凉来保护地面，但同时允许部分雨水和光线进入，我们设计了一个结构，将覆盖几乎一个足球场的面积，高出地面15米，只有8根超级柱子支撑着树冠，允许保持下面现有的树木。钢结构将用竹格子覆盖，让水和阳光渗透到地面，以便在一天中的任何时间开展体育活动。
The program would include three towers of apartments, four villas and a sports complex as amenities for the complete project.The client requested a stadium kind of space for outdoor sports activities and villas that would host guests from all around the world in different disciplines to train and stay in the complex, but in tropical weather outdoors activities must be at the early or late hours of the day due to the intense heat and humidity. Being inspired by the natural local environment where high jungle trees protect the ground by giving shade but at the same time allows part of the rain water and light coming in, we designed a structure that would cover an area of almost a football field elevated fifteen meters above ground with only eight super columns holding the canopy allowing to keep existing trees below it. The steel structure would be cladded with a bamboo lattice to let water and sunlight permeate to the ground level but keeping it fresh and protected to develop the sports activities at any hour of the day.
运动场顶棚由三个主要的圆形建筑补充，主要的大厅和办公室，一个餐厅，室内健身房和水疗中心，所有这些建筑都没有楼梯，所有层面都由内部和外部的坡道沟通，所以用户可以对建筑有不同的体验，并像自然界中的能量一样在其中流动，这三个建筑的外部结构是由当地的硬木填充的，使他们免受强烈的太阳辐射。
The sports canopy is complemented with 3 main circular buildings, the main lobby and offices, a restaurant, indoors gym and spa, all of this buildings have no stairs, all levels are communicated by an interior and exterior ramps so the user can have a different experience of the building and flow through it as energy does in nature, the three buildings have an exterior structure which is cladded in local hardwoods and give them protection from the intense sun radiation.
三座公寓塔楼高出地面20层，有三角形和圆形的角，每座塔楼的位置和三角形的角度都是经过仔细研究和设计的，所以没有任何一座塔楼阻碍了其他塔楼的视野。塔楼随着它的上升而改变形状，产生悬臂露台，在某些情况下，完整的花园有不同的延伸，直到中层，在那里它达到了最大的距离，然后又开始减少，直到顶层，所以不仅顶层是最好的，因为它通常是这样做的，中层也是如此。每座塔楼都有一个用于垂直循环的中央核心，每层分布着三套公寓，每套公寓都是不同的。
The three apartment towers rise twenty stories above ground with triangular and round shaped corners, the position of each tower and the angle of the triangular form was studied and designed carefully so none of them obstructed the views from the other. The tower changes shape as it rises by generating cantilevered terraces and in some cases complete gardens with different extensions up to the mid levels where it reaches the maximum distance to then start decreasing again until the top level, so not only the top level its the best as it is usually done but also mid levels. Each tower has a central core for vertical circulation and distributes three apartments per level all different from one another.
