The project base is located in the Wuxiang South Section of Wuxiang New District, Nanning. It is the core industrial base developed by Nanning Municipal Government. The project is close to G325 and the North-South Expressway. The planned road network will be completed and will be easily accessible.
Based on the regional planning, the roads are all built and opened to traffic. At the beginning of the project, the main flow of people will be introduced from the west side G325, and temporary construction access roads will be used to enter and exit the exhibition area.
The area where the demonstration area is located is a planned commercial along the street, and the commercial building form is conducive to a better interpretation of the project image and quality.
基地内地形复杂，沟壑纵横，高差变化较大。 The terrain in the base is complex, ravines are vertical and horizontal, and the height difference varies greatly.
Based on the analysis of architectural planning, the amount of earthwork leveling in the early stage is relatively large, and the slope protection height difference on the west side and the south side needs to be dealt with.
The design of the building is based on the theme concept of “a house in a forest, a home in a park”, with simple and tough lines, a strong sense of shape, and a strong cultural and artistic atmosphere, just like the art of future urban space.

前场作为未来社区商业街一部分，设计遵循少拆改，并能符合商业空间调性的原则，同时又能符合前期营销展示使用，展开空间营造。 As a part of the commercial street in the future community, the design of the front field follows the principle of less dismantling and modification.
前场只拆除门头及翻改东南转角局部绿化并改成铺装。 The front court only demolished the door and renovated the partial greening of the southeast corner and converted it into paving.
03. 后场南北大纵深空间如何塑造大生活场景？ How the deep space of the north and south of the backcourt shape the big life scene?
In the center of the site there is an ancient tree more than ten meters high-a natural souvenir. The conceptual design of the site is to protect the trees from a long-term plan and integrate them as basic elements into the new layout, thus creating a diverse display space.

前期设计始终遵循所见及所得的空间原则，后场将中南健康 TED 社区产品的交付标准化中的” Z 剧场”模块融入营造，活动空间弹性多元，可做室外剧场、儿童舞台、户外家庭聚餐等，这是对为未来大区生活情景的优先展示。
The pre-design always follows the space principle of what you see and what you get, and the back field integrates the “Z Theater” module in the standardization of the delivery of Zhongnan Health TED community products into the construction.

建筑采用拉槽面芝麻灰竖向错缝排版。 The building adopts the horizontal staggered layout of sesame gray on the grooved surface.
The simple and delicate texture of the grooved pattern makes the appearance simple and quiet, and at the same time it can strengthen the stretch of the space, blend the spirit and the beauty of the space.
