杭州“超流体”地标住宅——融创金成 · 杭源里设计方案于近日公布。项目毗邻孕育中华文明的京杭大运河，同属杭州主城核心商圈。整个园区由十幢高层建筑组成，在杭州老城区核心地段高密度环境中提供了537个居住单元。目前示范区——“超流体”艺术生活馆已建成并投入使用，项目整体预计将于2022年建成。
Hangzhou “super-fluid” landmark housing – SUNAC Jincheng • Hangyuanli design plan was announced recently. The project is adjacent to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and belongs to the core business district of main urban area of Hangzhou. The entire area consists of ten high-rise buildings, providing 537 residential units in the high-density environment in the heart of Hangzhou’s old city. At present, the demonstration area “Superfluid” Artistic Life House has been completed and put into use, and the overall project is expected to be completed in 2022.

在杭州土地资源日渐稀缺的当下，面对历经城市变迁与兴衰的城市核心价值地块，如何承载历史，融合新生，赋予建筑与城市当代文化新价值，是我们设计的出发点也是必须思考的问题。
In the current scarcity of land resources in Hangzhou, facing the urban core value plots that have undergone urban changes and rises and falls, how to carry history, integrate new life, and give new value to architecture and urban contemporary culture are the starting point of our design and the problems that must be considered.

“In time and space tunnels, the present is history, and the past is the future. For a piece of land that represents the origin and root of the city, the imitation or translation of the symbolic level of the architectural form will only exacerbate the aesthetic fatigue. We need to jump out of the conventional housing orthogonal language system, responds with a future-oriented attitude, presents new possibilities of future human settlement in the natural city of Hangzhou with light and dynamic anti-gravity architectural vocabulary.”

提取运河“水”之元素，借由水的流动性、包容性、承载感，以“一滴水的时空游动”为创作灵感生成“超流体”建筑原型，呈现建筑师对该特殊场所寄予的想象。
Extracting the elements of the “water” of the Canal, through the fluidity, inclusiveness and bearing sense of the water, the “superfluid” architectural prototype is created with the inspiration of “a drop of water in time and space”, presenting the architect’s imagination of the special place.

Hangyuanli Artistic Life House: “Space-time” Moving Lines and Superfluid Aesthetics
杭源里“超流体”艺术生活馆，作为其概念缩影首先落地，初露line+对未来城市人居环境的想象蓝图。
The “superfluid” artistic life house in Hangyuanli, which is first completed as the epitome of its concept, reveals the blueprint of line+ for the future urban living environment.
艺术生活馆实际用地狭小，呈三角形，夹存在规划的两栋塔楼间。如何在有限的空间体量中设计无限的时间感？借传统园林中的九曲桥的“折线”手法，有意识地拉长动线，看似就在眼前却需要花费更多的时间到达，“时间”被设计入空间体验中。
The actual area of the Artistic Life House is small and triangular, sandwiched between two planned towers. How to design the infinite sense of time in a limited amount of space? By the means of the “folding line” technique of Zigzag Bridge in the traditional garden, the moving lines are consciously stretched. It seems to be in front of people but it takes more time to arrive. “Time” is designed into the space experience.
为营造私密性和空间的层次感，考虑周边商区环境，沿着原有主干道拓展用地范围，预留近百米的车行道后到达主入口，以更宏观的角度思考生活馆和周边的关系，以叙事性的逻辑给予来访者一段“未入其境，先闻其韵”的体验。
In order to create a sense of privacy and space, considering the surrounding business district environment, the architects expand the scope of land along the original main road, reserve a nearly 100-meter roadway and then arrive at the main entrance to think about the life house and surrounding areas from a more macro perspective, and give visitors the experience of “feeling the style without entering the place” with narrative logic.
隐于城市一隅的主入口，借压低延展的顶棚界定空间形成隐秘感；转而是拾级而上的石板阶梯，布有山石绿植，以此为历史意象；转折后的邻水廊道选用深色吊顶石膏板，以简洁的线条指向未来；而折点处的接待中心也就成了“空间站”，衔接和缓冲两段连续时空。生活馆内同样经过巧妙设计的折形动线，为室内多样化的活动提供空间支持。
The main entrance hidden in a corner of the city forms a sense of privacy by means of the extended ceiling; then there are slate steps for people to walk up, decorated with hill stone and green plants as the historical image; the corridor by the water after turning uses dark-color furred-ceiling plasterboard, and presents a sense of future with simple lines; the reception center at the break point becomes a “space station”, connecting and buffering two consecutive places of time and space. The interior of the life house is also cleverly designed with fold-shaped moving lines to provide space support for diverse indoor activities.
生活馆的主体建筑按照现有地形以退台的形式置入四个盒子体量，分别承载接待、儿童游乐区及其他功能，未来将作为社区的会所和主入口。
According to the existing terrain, the main building of the life house is placed with the volume of four boxes in the form of the set-back model, respectively functioning as the reception, the children’s play area etc., and will serve as the clubhouse and main entrance of the community in the future.
在立面上，采用标准化预制构件实现了iphone标志性的圆角曲线，动感、圆弧的流线，整体立面犹如微边框数字全屏，顺应科技美学的当代趋势。外边缘采用超薄的蜂窝铝板包裹石材肌理的亚克力板，暗藏有LED灯，夜晚透光，大面积超白玻璃幕墙与水环境叠加，强化超流体建筑的反重力感。
On the façade, the standardized prefabricated components are used to realize the iconic rounded curve of the iphone. With the dynamic and circular flow lines, the overall façade is like a micro-frame digital full screen, conforming to the contemporary trend of scientific aesthetics. The outer edge is made of stone-texture acrylic plates wrapped with ultra-thin honeycomb aluminum plates. There are hidden LED lights, and the light is transmitted at night. The large-area ultra-white glass curtain wall is superimposed with the water environment to strengthen the anti-gravity sense of the superfluid building.

Interpreting Future Community Values
未来的社区是人、建筑、城市的多尺度融合。于建筑形式，杭源里以颠覆性的立面语言和亲和力的建筑表情，创造了高识别性的价值；于建筑功能，可控的户型种类方正通透，同时留有延展空间，适应未来人居生活方式；于社区环境，注重节点空间的个性化设计来刺激其人文和社会属性，而非单体的低级聚合；于城市，杭源里将成为刷新颜值想象的新名片。
The future community is a multi-scale fusion of people, architecture, and the city. In terms of the architectural form, Hangyuanli creates highly recognizable value with subversive facade language and friendly architectural expressions; in terms of the architectural function, the controllable types of units are square and ventilated, while leaving room for extension and adapting to future residential life styles; in terms of the community environment, it focuses on the personalized design of the node space to stimulate its human and social attributes, rather than the low-level aggregation of the individuals; in terms of the city, Hangyuanli will become a new business card to refresh the imagination of beautiful housing.
未来的社区是大众对健康、舒适、安全及个性化美好生活的追求，是对建筑所营造的美学、空间、人文特色产生认同感与归属感。
The future community should respond to people’s pursuit of health, comfort, safety and personalized beautiful life, and create the sense of recognition and belonging through the aesthetics, space and humanistic features created by architecture.

Remarks
杭源里是line+以建筑回应城市新旧交融对话的一次探索。传统与人文，科技与美学在此碰撞融合。作为未来城市界面的重要节点，杭源里将以拥抱未来的姿态、鲜明的在地个性、对美学与空间的极致追求，成为杭州住宅新地标，为老城区带来内外兼修的生活品质提升。
Hangyuanli is an exploration of line+ in response to the new and old blending of the city through architecture. Tradition and humanity, technology and aesthetics collide and integrate here. As an important node of the future urban interface, Hangyuanli will become the new landmark of Hangzhou residence with the attitude of embracing the future, the distinctive local personality, the ultimate pursuit of aesthetics and space, improving the life quality of people in the old city both internally and externally.
